1) To create table in Design View
a) Click create table in design view option.
b) Give the data types to field names.
c) Enter the records in data sheet view.
d) Save the table and give the name.
2) To create Reports in Design View
a) Select report tab and click New Command button.
b) Select design view
c) select the table and query.
d) Click Ok Button.
e) Select layout and Page orientation for report.
f) save the report.
g) Select print preview command to display report on screen.
3) Steps to construct the Query
a) Open Database.
b) Select query tab and click on New Command button.
c) From new query dialogue box select design view option and click Ok Button.
d) Select the table and click on Add button.
e) select the fields in query screen.
f) Save the query.
g) Select datasheet view Command to display output of query.
4) To print a Report
a) Select report Tab and click New button.
b) Select design view.
c) Select the table.
d) Click Ok Button.
e) Select Print preview.
f) Print report.
g) Save report.
5) To create Blank database
a) From Ms- access dialogue box select option blank access database and click on Ok.
b) Give the file name, save it, click on create.
c) A database gets created.
6) To Create table in design view.
a) Click create table in Design View option
b) Give the data type to field.
c) Save the table and give the name.
d) Enter the records in database view.
7) To create database using access database wizard.
a) select the option database wizard from access opening screen and click on Ok Button.
b) Read the different database providing by access. Select any database and click on Ok.
c) Window display Information about selected database and click Next.
d) select field and click next button.
e) Select style for screen display and for printed reports, click next.
f) Give title and click on finish.
g) Database tracking create.
